By accessing and using this site, you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General information This site is operated by VEYR. All content, trademarks and materials on this site are the exclusive property of VEYR and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

2. Products and availability All products are subject to availability. VEYR reserves the right to limit purchasable quantities and to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. Limited-edition drops and pre-orders are subject to specific conditions communicated at the time of launch.

3. Prices Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. VEYR reserves the right to change prices without notice. The price applied will be the one shown at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders and payments The order becomes binding once confirmed by email. VEYR reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping Delivery times are indicative and may vary. VEYR is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond its control.

6. Right of withdrawal The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, as provided by EU regulations. For details, please see the Refund and Return Policy.

7. Limitation of liability VEYR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products purchased.

8. Governing law These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
