Processing times Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. For pre-order products, shipping times will be communicated specifically at the launch of the drop.

Shipping within Italy

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days
• Free shipping threshold: at VEYR's discretion, communicated for each drop

International shipping (EU and rest of the world)

• EU: 5–10 business days
• Outside the EU: 7–15 business days
• Any customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor delivery in real time.

Delays and delivery issues VEYR is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions or events beyond our control. In case of non-delivery, please contact us at veyrofficial.info@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated shipping date.
