Refund and Return Policy — VEYR

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason.

Conditions for returns:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Returns are not accepted for limited-edition items or exclusive drops already confirmed as pre-orders

How to make a return: Contact us within 14 days of receipt at veyrofficial.info@gmail.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.

Refund: Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
